At Issa Wellness Institute, Dr. Spraitzar has established a center for whole-person, whole-family healing from the inside out. She sees patients with a broad range of disease, including anxiety, addictions, chronic pain, hypertension, diabetes and pre-diabetes, obesity, liver and gallbladder dysfunction, allergies and autoimmune disorders, arthritis, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, and hormonal imbalances.
She consults with parents looking to optimize their own health, evaluate their children’s wellness, and reverse or prevent allergies, diabetes, and behavioral issues.
Are you accepting patients right now?
Currently, Dr. Sarah has a waiting list for her practice. We anticipate adding new patients to her schedule in the next 1-2 months. Please contact us to be placed on our wait list.
Do you accept my insurance?
In order to provide the optimal care for her patients, Dr. Sarah at the Issa Wellness Institute is self-pay only and does not accept insurance.
Private insurance may also be used to pay for lab work and diagnostic imaging deemed medically necessary by Dr. Sarah. However, because she is not “in-network” with any insurance provider, these services may not always be covered, and we work with providers who often charge significantly less for “cash only” payments compared to what they bill your insurance provider.
Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?
As with other private insurers, Dr. Sarah does not accept Medicare or Medicaid and is self-pay only.
Additionally, Dr. Sarah has not opted-out of Medicare/Medicaid at this time and due to Federal regulations is currently unable to provide any medical services for this type of patient. We will notify you of changes to this policy at any future date.

Prospective new patients enjoy a free, 15-minute teleconference with Dr. Sarah to discuss their goals for care and ensure that she is the right doctor for them before scheduling a New Patient Appointment or Complete Physical.
New Patient Appointments
$495
New Patient Appointments are a 2+ hour comprehensive consult with Dr. Sarah, covering your medical history, current health concerns, and formulating a treatment plan.
Come prepared to learn and experience one-on-one patient care like you’ve never before.
Follow-Up Appointments
$300
Follow-Up Appointments are 1-hour appointments. These are most commonly scheduled 2-4 months apart, or sooner if needed, and focus on measuring successes from treatment began at prior appointments, updating treatment protocols, and handling additional issues.
Complete Physical
$595-775
Our best value for those seeking established care.
A Complete Physical Exam is a set of two separate 1-2+ hour long appointments, including all the services in a New Patient Appointment as well as a complete, comprehensive physical and thorough patient instruction from Dr. Sarah.
Established patients pay a reduced fee, with new and older patients charged an increased fee due to extra paperwork and tests.
FAA Physicals
$225 and up
FAA physicals last approximate 30 minutes for the average patient. Be prepared with your FAA confirmation number, bring corrective eyeglasses or contacts if worn, wear comfortable clothing, and drink water beforehand. Telemed Appointments
$75-175
Dr. Sarah understands her patients lives are varied and sometimes immediate care is needed. Telemed appointments of varied lengths and costs are available to address these more critical needs or for patients who are out of town.
